    • Format codes IHE and HL7 have their own format codes
    • There is a lot of confusion for a vendor perspective between format codes and template ID
      • Shall PCC work on a profile to manage this ?

      • C-09, C-13, C-14, C-18, C-46: Emma needs input from Jeff
      • C-47, C-48: Non persuasive
      • C-49, C-52: Hold for now
      • C-02: Persuasive, Content modules in PCC are in Volume 2, should be Appendix D
      • C-25 to C-28: persuasive, split the use cases to simplify the diagram to include the additional subscribe transactions

    • There is a "general confusion" about the goal of the profile in a IHE perspective : is it a workflow profile ? a content profile ? a test plan ? a FHIR and CDA profile ?

      • DCP public comments will be reviewed on the next PCC T-Conf, because Emma needs some inputs from Jeff and Steve.

      • All the comments have been reviewed.


  • Profile proposal: IPS (International Patient Summary)

      • A detailed proposal is needed
      • IHE can produce, for this cycle, a very basic document with two options: test plan or content profile (a workflow approach is too large for this cycle)
      • Agenda could be : Vol1 in November 2019, Vol2 in February 2020, Review of public comments in April 2020
    • Voting session
      • 4 voting : Michael Clifton (Epic), Tone Southerland (IQVIA), John Donnelly, Thierry Dart (ASIP Santé)
      • One motion from Tone Southerland (4 in favour, 0 abstention) to have more details in a detailed proposal in a few weeks to be reviewed during PCC T-Conf (bi-weekly)
