Format codes
- Format codes IHE and HL7 have their own format codes
- There is a lot of confusion for a vendor perspective between format codes and template ID
  - Shall PCC work on a profile to manage this ?

- There is a "general confusion" about the goal of the profile in a IHE perspective : is it a workflow profile ? a content profile ? a test plan ? a FHIR and CDA profile ?
- Details proposal will be presented in two weeks during the PCC T-CONF

  - A detailed proposal is needed
  - IHE can produce, for this cycle, a very basic document with two options: test plan or content profile (a workflow approach is too large for this cycle)
