DCP - Dynamic Care Planing Update
- Update of Volume 2
- New transaction is listed in the transaction table
- Added to the actor transaction diagram
- Describe in the actor option (plan definition)
- Update of the use cases diagram
- Volume 2 will be reviewed on Tuesday
Updating of DCTM
- CP to update to FHIR R4
CDA-DSS - CDA Document Summary Sections
- Volume 1: history of care team and care team member
- In the last HL7 meeting, there was a discussion about the historical aspect of care team and care team member. Care team and care team member need to have status to reflect the history of care coordination
- CDA templates for care team is representing the care team at one point of time.
- Emma Jones has added a description of a care team with 5 scenarios.
- Volume 2:
- Specification of "Section template for a care team"
- The C-CDA 2.1 template needs to be done at the end of June (link to the template C-CD1 2.1)
- Emma Jones will put the template and the example (XML) in the appendix for Public Comment.
CP session
- RECON profile
- RECON is DSTU 2 and need to be updated to R4
- Update of Provenance resource : target, agent, occurredPeriod are now mandatory
- Update of List resource
- Capability statement
- Capability statements need to be done for share list transaction (client side and server side)
- We need to do the implementation guide
- CMAP profile
- Keith Bone will update CMAP this year
- CP on QEDm

- Introduction of this profile is adapted from the text of QEDm profile
- Summary paragraph and glossary need to be done

- Clinical Knowledge Resource Repository (modified from RCK)
- Artifact Consumer: consume assessment from a clinical knowledge repository
- Assessment Requestor: ask an application to do an assessment
- Assessor: do the assessment
- The update of the clinical knowledge repository is not in the scope of this profile

- Transaction for patient data are out of the scope of this profile (will be done using PCC-44 transaction defined in QEDm profile)

- CareTeam section is a snapshot in time of the care team known by the sender
- Some members could be inactive a this time
- There was the same discussion in the HL7 meeting
- Analysis on the text elements has been done (Text elements analysis.docx)
- In the appendix of this profile, there will be:
- description of the templates (tables)
- XML example
- For a FHIR profile, update of the wiki page (implementation guide, capability statement) is not mandatory (FHIR tooling is not yet compatible with R4)
