PIX Consumer test 11314: NIST PIX Consumer Test Set

Location of test software
The tests for the Patient Identity Cross-Reference Consumer actor for the PIX profile are provided by NIST. The link to the NIST site can be found on the Index to IHE Test Tools
Your test descriptions and results reside on the NIST site.

Instructions

1. Access the NIST PIX/PDQ Test Tool
2. On the tests tab, select 'v2' and the actor under test: PIX Consumer
3. Run all test cases listed on that page
   1. If you do not support the PIX Update Notification option, you may skip the ITI-10 transaction. (2014-11-26: Note that the ITI-10 test is currently not available and cannot be run.
4. As you successfully complete tests, that page will report Passed for each test. You do not need to complete all tests in one session.
5. Once you have finished all of the tests, create a screen capture of that page in the NIST tool.
6. Upload that screen capture into gazelle as the results for this test.

Evaluation

The Project Manager will verify that your screen capture shows successful results with the NIST test cases.
