Scope

2-way integration of ambulatory office EMR and imaging equipment, and among image-based EMRs in different institutions

Operating Mechanism

  • Drafting subcommittee with participation from IHE Cardiology, Radiology, and Patient Care Coordination
  • Bi-weekly tcons Wednesdays at 10 a.m. CST (beginning Jan 6)

Target Milestones

  • 4 February - Review open issues and "plan of attack" with Technical Cmte (tcon)
  • 4 March - Review initial profile draft and open issues with Technical Cmte (tcon)
  • 13 March: ACC / IHE Cardio Planning Cttee f2f
  • 13-14 April - Review Supplement with full Tech Cttee for public comment release
  • 23 April - publish Supplement for public comment
  • 7-8 June - Review public comment and prepare trial implementation text

Highlights/ Accomplishments

  • 9 December 2009 - discussion of proposed profile with CCHIT Cardiovascular Workkgroup
