- Review new work items. Provide feedback for improvement of the proposal
- For those proposals ready for next milestone, they get prioritized into existing backlog
- possible for the backlog to get re-prioritized. Some items may fall off due to lack of engagement

- Facilities and Hierarchies in FHIR

- Deployment committees have an interest in getting more digestible message. They are overwhelmed by the volume of profiles and supplements

- Write a message that informs the public that ITI is accepting New Work Items on a continual basis
- We will review them on the monthly call. Providing improvement suggestions
- Once the new work item proposal is clear, we will evaluate it relative to other backlog items
- The backlog will be published continually so that it is always clear the prioritized backlog
- Need to find good tool to manage backlog
- Benefit of low technology is accessibility. So likely a google spreadsheet
- Possibly use "Issue" mechanism in GitHUB
- Possibly use trello. This seems to be available free. May be too complex for our need
- Possibly use google spreadsheet, with plugin to mediawiki for read-only view by broader public
- Need to advertise this new continuous message to broad distribution
