(1) Debut of new on-line status spreadsheet

  • CP coordinator has edit rights
  • all have View rights; can download a local copy to filter or otherwise manipulate the content
  • Lynn will be updating tabs in the CP that describe the process for using the spreadsheet; we will learn/adjust in the coming months
  • rationale for moving status tracking to google docs:
    • Using common mechanism with a common format will help normalize the CP process across domains. RAD & ITI are the first domains to pilot this in 2015.
    • This will help enable the sponsors to publish a link "Final Text" CPs on the Technical Framework page of ihe.net, so that implementers have easy access to approved CPs between publication cycles

(2) Assigned CPs reviewed

• CP-ITI-790 - Karen presented her recent changes, making additions to the existing ITI-64 transaction, rather than creating a new transaction. This CP is accepted as Completed for a future ballot 27. Karen will seek review from the original submitter, Harald from Tiani-Spirit.
• CP-ITI-443 - was re-assigned from Karen to Ben Levy (thanks Ben). Lynn will find ballot comments on this CP so that Ben can address them. (Done)

(3) Review Incoming CPs

• CP-ITI-Fix-Display-Name-Typo.docx - assigned to Rob as CP-ITI-824
• CP-ITI-internal_external_classifications.doc - contents were split into 2 CPs:
  • accepted as Completed - CP-ITI-825 - Correct classification attributes for limitedMetadata (Bill)
  • assigned to Elliott Lavy - CP-ITI-841 - ebRIM Internal/External Classification clarification
• CP-ITI-rjh-dicom-hyperlinks.doc - assigned to Rob as CP-ITI-794
  • Lynn will split out content that applies to other domain's documentation and submit CPs to those domains (PCC, QRPH, PHARM). (Done)
