(Optional) Summary of the new data elements submitted to ONC for inclusion in USCDI (Optional) Discuss some lessons learned from the project. For example, we found that many systems assume "administrative gender" is whatever they need it to be. Labs assume it is a clinical sex they can use for reference range determination. Payers assume it is the insurance card sex. This can work if the meaning is pre-coordinated between specific trading partners, but often folks are just making incorrect assumptions. Minutes:
