    • suggested a handbook which can also handle other issues
      • How to use as a Provider Directory / Health Worker Registry
      • How to use as a Facility Registry
      • How to use as a Services Discovery Directory
      • Possibly others
      • alignment with other projects (Sequoia, Argonaut, etc.)
      • can describe various models for using mCSD
  • proposed CP on PIXm feed
    • should be a work item proposal
  • proposed CP on MHD allow POST for FHIR search
    • should also apply to other profiles that may have PII in URL such as PDQm
    • suggestion to have this be in an appendix as a universal option since it can be wide reaching
    • will continue the discussion

Joint Tech/Planning


Minutes:

  • EU connectathon report out
    • event was online due to COVID, this was decided in September
    • ended up working well in spite of the challenges
    • connectivity issues, but connectivity was tested in the prior week
    • lost some vendors for various issues
      • primary reasons
        • late decision, can't corral resources
        • connectivity
        • won't get same benefits being online
      • caused problems with some profiles due to lack of testing partners
      • loss of 1/3
    • communication
      • used rocket chat
      • video conferencing available using jitsi
    • gathering lessons learned for NA connectathon
    • majority of tests were same as they would be face to face
      • replay tests, ability to have monitors jump in at the right time
      • realtime tests, monitors there from beginning
    • issues when content was on a device or otherwise not on the screen
    • PMIR had minor testing due to being new and few registry actors
    • MHDS not tested due to complexity
    • NPFS had no testers and SVCM was too new
  • Join planning/tech work item

    • next face to face will resolve public comment on IUA and HIE Whitepaper
      • will set up TCons based on public comment dates
