1. Connectathon requirements document

• Action Item: Cor Loef is working on draft document and will submit for review on 2008-09-08 tcon

2. Committee Charter

• Reviewed revised section on Membership policies provided by Chris Carr

• Sponsors and contributors both represented on committee
• Annual review of contributions to determine renewal of committee membership: TMG reports to Board, which votes on continued representation

• Review of David Monteau's sections of charter document

• Action Item: Chris Carr will work with David Monteau to combine drafts for committee review on 2008-09-08 tcon

3. Plan for Managing Contributions

• Steve Moore has submitted a draft document for review by committee

• Action Item: Committee to review and comment on draft document for 2008-09-08 tcon

4. Membership package

• When charter document and contribution management plan are approved, assemble with contributors agreements and develop cover letter with instructions to send to potential committee participants

5. Gazelle/product registry update

• Kudu, not Gazelle, will be used for IHE North American 2009 Connectathon; Gazelle modules not ready for registration, which opens tomorrow (2008-08-26)
• Goal is to use Gazelle for IHE Europe Connectathon 2009
• Registry version is unchanged from previous call; Eric and Jean-Renan will revisit in early September after current work on Gazelle registration module is completed
• Allows vendors to enter information about related integration statements; will have crawler to verify existence of integration statement documents

• Action Item: Eric will notify committee when current version of Registry is ready for review and feedback

6. Connectathon Updates

• IHE North America: Connectathon 2009 registration opens tomorrow (2008-08-26); event set for Chicago, Feb. 23-27, 2009
• IHE Europe: Connectathon set for Vienna, April 20-24, 2009
• IHE Australia: Klaus Veil sent brief recap via email, which Chris Carr forwarded to committee list

• 12 companies and 20 systems were included in testing
• Scope of testing included PDI, some XDS tests and Australian Host Report Creation (non-IHE)
• Comments from Eric and Bill about amount of support required to enable use of Kudu: Cor will incorporate language about expectations for support in his Connectathon process document

• IHE Japan: Has provided results from its February 2008 event for Eric to incorporate in Kudu
• IHE China: Shanghai group is planning Connectathon for end of September; unclear scope of testing or participation

• Action Item: Chris Carr will develop simple Wiki table for tracking Connectathon event information
