  1. Contributor Agreement Update
    1. Completed, awaiting Board approval
  2. Process for Outside Contributions to Gazelle Project
    1. Eric and Steve drafting; will provide draft for next tcon
  3. Committee Charter
    1. Referred to draft document under development by Chris Carr
    2. Desire to keep application process as clear and simple as possible
    3. Chris Carr will develop refined draft, along with simple instructions for becoming sponsor, contributor, committee member, etc.
  4. Gazelle Roadmap Update
    1. Referred to the [Roadmap document developed by Eric and Steve]
    2. Registration and management of Connectathon for 2009 North American Connectathon will be performed through Gazelle
    3. Tests themselves will be run through a mixture of Gazelle, external validation services and Kudu
    4. Pre-Connectathon testing for February 2009 will still be done using MESA tools
    5. Working on GUI to access external validation services (including NIST CDA validation tools);
    6. Working to coordinate NIST schematron rules with user interface development by Laika
    7. Project Management Group conducts weekly update meetings to coordinate work on Gazelle
    8. Pilot of Test Engine Implementation: current plan is to include PIX, Rad SWF and Lab SWF; concern about implementing two sets of HL7 registration and patient ID messages in Rad vs. Lab SWF
      1. Project Management Group will support both profiles; when PAM version of Rad SWFII is created, they will also create a test plan
  5. Outcomes of NIST Meeting
    1. Attendees included representatives from NIST and from IHE-Japan (Ozeki, Takebayashi, Aoshima, Yoshimura)
    2. Reviewed existing architecture
    3. IHE-J group currently focusing on developing for Kudu platform; trying to support October testing event (switched from February)
    4. IHE-J 2008 Connectathon: 109 systems from 44 companies; Awaiting full results to include in database
  6. Next Steps
    1. Reschedule next call to Friday, July 18 (to avoid conflict with French national holiday)
