  1. Contributor Agreement Update
  2. Process for Outside Contributions to Gazelle Project
    1. Eric and Steve are developing a document that will provide guidelines for how contributions to the Gazelle project by "outside" organizations will be managed
    2. General approach will be permissive toward contributions with subsequent review based on unit testing and rejection of inappropriate contributions
    3. Mechanisms to ensure consistent formatting of code will be in place to avoid contribution of changes that are merely cosmetic; INRIA open source project is contributing know-how/tools
    4. Eric and Steve will develop guidelines for contributors
    5. Tool is in place to continuously build contributed code
