Minutes

1) Training Event for Connectathon Managers

  • June 7-9; training event in Paris
  • Location in Place d'Italie
  • Peter Kuenecke responsible
  • September training events in US
  • Need to set dates and location
  • Bill Majurski needs to be involved in decision
  • Nichole will set up call

2) Gazelle Development Plan

  • Gazelle will be used in April IHE Europe Connectathon
  • Steve and Lynn working on porting Kudu tests to Gazelle
  • Eric's group working Working on optimization; speed of response
  • Generic simulator interface is now ready
  • HL7 simulator for PIX/PDQ profile will be ready for use at Bordeaux
  • Fixes for RT profiles are in pipeline: Eric pushing for completion by next week

3) Product Registry

  • New user interface for product registry
  • 85 companies have now registered
  • 62 integration statements are validated and published
  • Consider holding Webinar to show vendors how to use product registry
  • Develop press release pointing to Product Registry; promote at HIMSS Showcase

4) Connectathon Guidelines

  • Chris Carr needs to invite feedback from IHE national groups: add to discussion on next week's call

5) Eye Care Connectathon

  • Oct 11-14 proposed dates; RSNA will check availability

6) Other Issues

  • NHIN Connect Gateway testing
  • Testing deadline has been extended to add SAML assertion testing to NIST's tools
  • NIST considering simplified front end for NHIN testing tools based on Laika; focusing exclusively on "subject discovery"
  • Adding functionality for PQRI quality reporting
  • IHE Europe has agreed to manage Projectathon in late fall 2010 or early 2011
  • Providing Gazelle and developing simulators and support in organization of event
  • Alternating meeting times: setting some calls later in the day (2pm CT) to enable participation

7) Agenda for next week's Tcon

  • Tuesday, March 2: 2pm CT
  • Connectathon Guidelines: comments on documents
  • Connectathon Plans
  • Training Events
  • Contribution of groups for translation of test plans
  • Propose allocating priority work items
