Minutes

1) Connectathon Process Guidelines

  • May be advisable to split Cor's original detailed material on Connectathon QC processes into a separate document
  • Add more detail about the process for approval/sanctioning of events
  • Include more descriptive information on the link between using tools and contributing to their development
  • Steve Moore to review sections on project manager responsibilities and training requirements
  • Action Item: Chris Carr and Steve Moore to refine draft and submit for review on Monday, March 30 tcon

2) Product Registry Development and Rollout

  • Eric displayed the current development version of the Product Registry, which is ready for user testing on both the vendor and user sides
  • Need to develop hierarchy of system categories for simple search functionality: market categories rather than IHE actors
  • Action Item: Eric and Steve to identify target group of vendors to enter integration statement data and provide feedback
  • Allow two weeks for them to play with system and provide feedback
  • Candidate participants: George Cole, Bob Barker, Bruno Laffin, Tone Southerland, Manfred Oberfell, Hitachi, Kevin O'Donnell, device area (IDCO profile?)
