The MESA software from the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology was originally designed to test the IHE Radiology profiles. This page contains information about the MESA tools that are available for Radiology.

Acquisition Modality

The tests for the Acquisition Modality actor are of the general form: - MESA software provides a modality worklist for the modality to query (MESA Order Filler) - Modality is expected to query the MESA Order Filler + Modality sends images to MESA Image Manager + Modality sends MPPS messages to MESA Image Manager or MESA Order Filler + Modality sends storage commit requests to Image Manager
