The IHE Governance Document specifies procedures for IHE International. Specifically, it includes:

• Domain Creation Process
• National Initiative Creation Process

  • Email Ballots

The Governance Implementation Process covers transition plans and issues with implementing the new procedures in the Committees.

Domains are permitted to refine operational procedures within their scope of activity, potentially subject to review by the IHE International Board.
