IHE is governed by the IHE International Board.
IHE Governance Document
The IHE Principles of Governance specifies procedures for IHE International. Specifically, it includes:
- Domain Creation Process
- National Initiative Creation Process
- IHE Membership Process
- Committee Membership Process
- Voting Processes
- Voting Privileges (Attendance, Quorum, etc.)
- Email Ballots
The Governance Implementation Process covers transition plans and issues with implementing the new procedures in the Committees.
IHE Domain Procedures
Domains are permitted to refine operational procedures within their scope of activity, potentially subject to review by the IHE International Board.
