2. Domain Board Reports
- Provide context for some of the project references – Connectathon Conference in Bochum is looking for deployment project information / case studies (Switzerland and ELGA are implemented – will share, but Saudi eHealth Exchange is on hold
- In US we have Allscripts for large part of Rx market – are there any testing results from Cleveland Connectathon? never contacted IHE Pharmacy – Steve Moore and Sarah Willis can give detail on what was tested (any pharmacy profile testing and contact information)
- Motion Approve report as published. Carried unanimously.
- Addition: American Society for Nuclear Medicine provided support ($2,500) – will need to add as sponsors – they are interested in adding a registry for the next year

- DCC Recommendation to IHE Surgery:
- In order to move to active status the domain needs to publish and maintain its full roster and timeline of events. This information is needed before DCC can approve report for presentation to IHE Intl Board.

- Help to identify gaps in the IHE workflow
- Method of delivery? Poster for conferences and exhibits (RSNA, HIMSS, ACC, etc.)
- Potentially lead to harmonized profiles, more white papers, etc.
- What was the motivation for completing this work? To assist with decision support and identify gaps in clinical workflow

- Chris developed a Change Proposal for the DCR-009 Connectathon Results Reporting 2016-02-21.
- Spreadsheet to track profile versions and related FHIR/HL7 resource and other standard statuses
- Proposed new status category for profiles under development
- Introduce distinction between Trial Implementation and proposed new status of "In Development" (or similar title) based on maturity of underlying standards. If incompatible changes in the underlying standard are judged to be imminent, the domain committee would publish the profile as In Development. Current versions of MHD and other FHIR-based profiles would be considered In Development.

Governance Implementation

- Action: Defer this item to March call. (Need Charles P. on the call to further this discussion. Will defer to next month if cannot participate.) How to connect IHE International to regional deployments so we can better understand which profiles are in use, which can be deprecated, and how to organize the IHE "architecture".
- Immediate ideas: Googlegroups for implementers of each profile like we have for XDS and HPD
- Having implementations register with IHE
