Domain Coordination Issues

  • Documentation Workgroup Recap from September 24 Tcon
  • NHIN work group has provided information about internal linking method in .pdf
  • Internal linking would enable implementers to organize access to related sections of documents, for example all the components related to a given actor/profile
  • Action Item: Chris Carr and Mary Jungers will post sample ITI documents and create Wiki page to link to them; forward Wiki page link to group


  • HL7 Task Force
  • Update on ITI CP 211
  • Set up teleconference, ideally for week of Oct. 11
  • Include: Yongjian Bao, Keith Boone, Rob Horn, Chris Lindop, Vassil Peytchev, PCD co-chairs
  • Keith Boone giving report Oct. 3 to HL7 International group on collaboration between IHE and HL7; will invite input from Domain Coordination Committee on HL7-related work completed and planned


  • Cross-domain Coordination Task Force
  • Setting up call; need participants to respond to survey request; Chris Carr and Nichole Drye-Mayo will follow-up with participants

Documentation, Websites and Public Information

  • Template reconciliation
  • Profile author support/training
  • Publishing updates to Trial Implementation supplements
  • Convenient for users to highlight substantive changes
  • DICOM publishes clean version (main public links) and differential versions
  • Action Item: Mary Jungers to propose method for publishing "differential" documents
