Regular Committee Business

1. Roll Call

  • Quorum not attained

2. Schedule Future Agenda Topics for upcoming meetings

  • Karen Witting and Chris Carr will present proposal for a revised Technical Frameworks page - March 17
  • Manuel and Karen will present the ITI time line for minimum allowable time gaps between profile publication and Connectathon testing; group to consider adopting as general policy - March 31


3. Review Open action items

  • Updated open action items spreadsheet to include responsible parties and due dates and moved some items to completed list
  • Action Item: Joan McMillen to notify those assigned to action items of due dates prior to 2009-03-17 call

Review of Tools and Processes

1. Review updated draft of Tech Framework volume introductory text

  • Move frequently changed text to links to www.ihe.net
  • Truncate introductory text to first two paragraphs and other references to Technical Framework
  • Action Item: Chris Carr to finish editing TF introductory text and present for final review on March 17 tcon
  • Action Item: Chris Carr will Create Change Proposal for all domains to incorporate revised introductory text

2. Instructions to Technical Framework Editors and Publishers

  • Instructions to editors and publishers need to be more detailed with respect to how MS-Word templates are used

Domain Coordination Checkpoint Announcements

  • Radiation Oncology announced intent to move two profiles to Trial Implementation: Advanced Objects Integration and Treatment Workflow
  • Action Item: Chris Carr to develop and disseminate policy requiring that publication for public comment (and trial implementation) be published in advance to Domain Coordination Committee and public IHE lists

  • No specific discussion issues for today's call

  • R2 Definition
  • Rob Horn and IHE HL7 Review Task Force developing text description of uses of RO and R2 in Technical Frameworks
