• Topics for WG review:

• Review of profile templates
• Review of shared appendices
• NameSpace management
• Test assertion generation and opportunities for automating documentation and testing
• Google searches finding superseded documents

• Status of templates and appendices:

• Templates have been revised slightly since their last major revision in 2012
• Three appendices have yet to be created
• Older profiles have not generally been updated to fit new templates. Review pilot done in Radiology

• Mary Jungers will develop a list of tasks and statuses for review of templates and appendices
• Goal is to have work completed (updated versions of templates and appendices) by April/May timeframe

• NameSpace Management

• Teri Sippel developed white paper on NameSpace Management in 2012 that generally still holds true
• Mary also developed a spreadsheet for gathering URNs, UUIDs, OIDs, Value Sets, etc.
• Need to define process for collection of values from existing documents and new documents

• CDA test assertion generation and opportunities for automating documentation and testing

• Work has been done to implement the Art Decor tool on existing CDA documentation in the QRPH domain
