• Fee scheme was approved by IHE EU SC (see minutes)

• Sponsoring

• The creation of a sponsoring package for the "Networking Dinner" was approved by both IHE Int Board and IHE EU SC

• Sponsorship under the general IHE CAT Sponsorship rules
• Price level: 3k€
• Strictly limited to the reception (not the event)
• Sponsoring slot number restricted to 4 sponsors (if much demand extend to 6 maximum)

• First come, first named

• Rights:

• Sponsor name (+ small logo?) on "Networking reception part" of program ("Dinner sponsored by ...")
• Show logo at Networking reception floor (about 4 rollups with logos)
• Published pictures of Networking Reception will make sure that logos are shown

• Costs estimated: 2k for rollups
• Action item: Negotiate with potential sponsors and work out a sponsoring package for IHE EU approval (Jürgen)
