- The creation of a sponsoring package for the "Networking Dinner" was approved by both IHE Int Board and IHE EU SC
- Sponsorship under the general IHE CAT Sponsorship rules
- Price level: 3k€
- Strictly limited to the reception (not the event)
- Sponsoring slot number restricted to 4 sponsors (if much demand extend to 6 maximum)
- First come, first named
- Rights:
- Sponsor name (+ small logo?) on "Networking reception part" of program ("Dinner sponsored by ...")
- Show logo at Networking reception floor (about 4 rollups with logos)
- Published pictures of Networking Reception will make sure that logos are shown
- Costs estimated: 2k for rollups
- Action item: Negotiate with potential sponsors and work out a sponsoring package for IHE EU approval (Jürgen)
