- Derek Ritz working with Mike McCoy, David Mendelson, and key person with WHO.

- AsiaPAC Deployment Committee Proposal
- HIMSS AsiaPac conference taking place. Jurgen is a speaker. No other updates.
- World Summit 2020
- No Summit planned for 2019. Potentially plan for 2020.
- IHE Brazil
- Marcelo Rodriguez sent request to defer payment of NDC dues. Do not have resources to pay a membership fee. However, state that they would like to organize a Connectathon.
- IHE Korea may be in the same position. Recently presented 2018 connectathon report. Participation has declined over past few years.
- Next Steps: Review bylaws defining policy regarding "provisional" status. Discuss with IHE Board Operations Committee.
