World Summit Program Development

* Working documents

* Opening and Closing

  • Already fixed

* Identification of VIP keynote

  • Adam: There are 2 options of officials out of Singapore
  • 1) Chua Chee Yong, currently from MOH Holdings (IHiS from 1st November), good chances, can be approved from Nov 1st on
  • 2) Kevin Tsang, Agency of Integrated Care
  • Decision: Since both options look priomising, no backup strategy decided for now. Wait for Adam's approach in Nov

* Sessions

  • Thematic Blocks confirmeed with slight changes:
  • Block 1: "IHE in production and evolution"
  • Next step: Speakers have to be found
  • Block 2: "How does IHE contribute to your Health strategy?"
  • All except Australia have answered and showed interest
  • Next steps: Waiting for Australia's answer, then writing to all as a group to start harmonizing the block
  • Block 3: "Round table or panel to a particular (urging) use-case/problem to discuss several approaches to resolve (name to be found)"
  • Singapore: A group will be formed after Nov 1st "National Enterprise Architect Office", who should work out future use-cases. A topic could be derived from that.
  • Decision: "Last session will a Panel (not Roundtable)" with Panel chair and 4 panellists
  • Panelists should be new people, if possible, to not repeat the Round table from before
  • Reason: Small participation of audience can be achieved somehow. Roundtable was already closing the block before

* Social Event

  • The event's premises is that people "have a good time". The social event shall be something people "remember"
  • Two suggestions of Adam:
  • Walking distance to Marina Sands Bay, good restaurants, tours available
  • Customized bus tour with direct pick-up at venue, ending up at the restaurant. Problem: Needs a minimum of participants
  • Very beautiful, restaurants, Duck Tour bus could end there as well
  • Discussion
  • Experience of the past has shown that people do extensive networking at the Social event (e.g. boat), so it's important to allow that
  • Bus has the problem in that
  • New version created:

Any other business

  • None
