• WS is on 7/8 June 2016
• WS is combined with e-HealthWeek, which is 8-10 June 2016
• Both events are at the same loction in Amsterdam
• Organisation and financial risk is at HIMSS Europe

WS Program planning - current status

• Draft program v1 is shown and explained by Jürgen

WS Program planning - startup

• Two tasks have been identified to be start processed "at once" and in parallel:

• 1) Determine Keynote Speakers:

• One keynote for EU commissioner
• One keynote from overseas (non-European)

• 2) Agree on panel topics for the 5 panels

• After that finding a responsible for each panel to:

• Finalize panel topic and abstract
• Recruit international panelists out of the audience
• Take care that the panel is fully operational to the event
• Moderate the panel at the event as chair

• Next steps:

• Action item: Circulate material (Jürgen)
• European keynote speakers will be searched by Jürgen, Charles, Karima
• Non-European keynote speakers: Please make proposals!
• Review draft panels and check for changes, amendmends, etc.

Any other business

• Question: What about a F2F working session on Dec 3rd, 9-11am?

• Jamie: There is a Casc meeting possibly at Dec 3rd at 3pm (no conflict)

• But maybe anyway moved to Dec 2 after the GDC meeting

• Action item: Is there a room available for a GDC F2F working session on Dec 3rd, 9-11am? (Jamie)
