GDC Governance and Process

- How do we get more attendees to the GDC?
- Jürgen covers the European DCs. Personal invitations are needed to get some attention of them to the GDC. Others shall do that too if access to other DCs (e.g. Brazil, etc.)
- Number one task of the GDC is to get them all together, this is not a "side task", but the main task for now
- Actual work-items are on the table:
- Domain reports
- Improvement of Integration Statements
- National extensions
- Instrument "Webinar" could be introduced
- Possible topics: "How to run a Connectathon?", etc.
- Consider reducing frequency of GDC calls to monthly or bimonthly
Create a "World Summit" sub-committee
- The organization of the World Summit will be deferred to a sub-committee
