• Letter sent out, not much response

• Mailings to European Deployment Committees

• Agreed with Mrs. Ulrike Mayerhofer (IHE EU secretary) that she can be used as proxy to the EU Deployment Committees. She will forward all mailings from the GDC.
• Action item: Chris will add her to the mailing list of GDC

• Review Letter from Board co-chairs to encourage participation

• Status of signature and mailing?
• Sent out at March 8, no response yet
• Action item: Jürgen will ask for an agenda slot at the IHE EU SC meeting at CAT Vienna to present the GDC

• GDC Board Report Schedule

• Harm-Jan Vessels volunteered to continue this process on behalf of the GDC
• Shawn and Chris support by working on the schedule, drafted a letter to send to the DC

• GDC Strategic Planning Proposal Update

• Scope:

• Gathering planning proposals from nat. deployment committees (strategic or concerning profile development)
• GDC shall coordinate this effort
• IHE Intl. board supported it

• First steps:

• Mike volunteers to coordinate that work item
• Draft a letter to nat. deployment committee to invite them
• Prerequisite: Established and functional communication channel to the deployment committees

• Next call: April 2nd, 2014
