- Need to establish precise price point
- Remaining questions: Honoraria and travel support for three keynote speakers. Government speakers not allowed to accept honoraria. Travel support for domestic attendees might not be necessary/expensive
- Premium for attendees? Only if revenue allows. Eg, luggage tag?
- RSNA staff to provide spreadsheet on budgeting that others can comment on

- Send information to national deployment committees requesting that they designate representatives (primary and alternate) to GDC; obligation of national deployment committees, including amended language from Governance document
- IHE Americas meeting: Colombia approved as national initiative; Brazil is planning to submit
