IHE Endoscopy addresses information sharing, workflow and patient care in endoscopy.
IHE Endoscopy is sponsored by the Japanese Association of Healthcare Information Systems (JAHIS) and manages development of IHE Endoscopy Profiles and the IHE Endoscopy Technical Framework.
The IHE Endscopy Planning and Technical Committee is a joint committee that oversees all of the domain's activities.
Announcement of Domain Opening
The IHE International Board officially recognized the Endoscopy Domain, with JAHIS as its primary sponsoring organization, at its December 1, 2010 meeting. The domain is in process of forming its IHE Planning and Technical committees. Imaging and HIT vendors, as well as EHR system and other digital technology providers and users are invited to take part.
