Syllabus

A new version of the Syllabus is available. This is the first version that describes all available learning outcomes, with the exception of the "Accelerate Health Information Exchange deployment"

TODO Stefan: Put version 00.07 on the FTP by this week. DONE.

Content missing: "Accelerate Health Information Exchange deployment"

The agreement was that content about "Accelerate Health Information Exchange deployment" is made available on the IHE homepage, and then added into the learning outcomes and syllabus.

This content is still not available?

How to proceed? There is still time until April. However the content must arrive on time.

TODO: Stefan to follow up with Jürgen Brandstätter.

Processes

• A new version of the processes in the IHE Education Committee is now available for review.
  • present this to the committee
• Motion accepted: The proposed process document is in a shape for publishing for review in the IHE Education Committee
• TODO Stefan: Put it into the IHE template, remove all comments, and publish in the FTP space this week for further discussion in the IHE Education Committee.

• TODO: Alexander to raise the issue of committee structure towards the IHE International Board, (via IHE Board Operations?) to assure that the structure of IHE Education Committee follows the IHE Domain Committees
  • have "Planning" and "Technical" Committees
  • are able to establish sub-committees
    • IHE Exam Committee is a sub-committee of IHE Educational Technical Committee

Marketing, Material

Motion: IHE International should immediately announce the ICP IHE Foundation Exam for April 2019, for example by a folder (pdf, published via ihe.net): Accepted.

TODO Werner: Approach IHE International Marketing, Chris Carr, to co-develop the needed document, and publish. Keep Jürgen Brandstätter in cc. Also discuss possible presentations / distribution around the Connectathon in Cleveland.

TODO Stefan: Provide text blocks to Werner that may be re-used in IHE marketing material

• Stefan presented the Technikum Wien draft packet of marketing material
  • Booklet
    • introduces the ICP program and the IHE Foundations exam
      • has nice videos for that purpose! :)
    • links to the IHE page, and to Education Committee page
    • links to the draft syllabus
    • link to a Technikum Webinar about the online course
      • 12th March, 5pm Vienna time
      • referring to IHE pages a lot, clearly showing who owns ICP
    • links to the GASQ page for existing information on the exam
    • links to a preview on the online course, with available course information (timing, ...)
    • the same content as the Booklet, different form factor
