IHE Dental addresses information sharing, workflow and patient care in dentistry.
IHE Dental is sponsored by the American Dental Association (ADA) and manages the Dental Profiles and the Dental Technical Framework.
The IHE Dental Planning and Technical Committee is a joint committee that oversees all of the domain's activities.
Kickoff Meeting
The ADA has been named primary sponsor of the newly formed IHE Dental Domain. The next quarterly conference call will take place in June 2012, day and time TBD. The next in-person meeting of the IHE Dental Domain will take place on Wednesday, October 17 in San Francisco. Imaging and practice management vendors, as well as EHR system and other digital technology providers and users are invited to attend.
