The clinical approach may impact the billing and coding aspects. We may not need one master post-coordinated code, as an other procedures due to side effects or secondary to the procedure. If procedure sequelae occur, any surgical intervention would require a separate note, and billing instance. There are a few SNOMED codes that are in question, and Charles Thomas has reached out for clarification. He will also develop and example document to see how it would be modeled. |

- CPN Extensions - Charles Thomas (15 mins)
- Charles is adding LAAO and Mitral Clip procedures to CPN. There was a discussion about some of the clinical techniques used in the procedure. The clinical approach may impact the billing and coding aspects. We may not need one master post-coordinated code, as an other procedures due to side effects or secondary to the procedure.
