Meeting Notes

1. Connectathon Update
   • additional missing actors for REWF have been recruited for Connectahon testing. Therefore testing of REWF can be performed (assuming none of the vendors signed up withdraws)
2. Profile proposal evaluation - EP Report Content
   • Review of the detailed proposal
   • Based on use cases developed last year in the whitepaper, however the use cases were extended to cover the complete episode of care (include data that was captured before EP procedure)
   • Use cases
     • Data Capture during EP Procedure
     • Collection of Data related to episode of care
     • Data Entry for NCDR ICD (or similar quality registry) submission
     • Registry Submision
   • The use cases currently show workflow, however this profile is a content profile, which should aggregate data needed within the workflow. The focus within each use case is on the data elements and their packaging and the workflow won't be covered here. Action item for Bryan to update the use cases accordingly
   • The effort estimate is medium, eg 33% of the committee time.
   • There is a risk which is related to the CDA consolidation project. Changes to the documentation of templates could effect the work done within this profile.
3. Next meeting: Wednesday Oct. 26 at 10am EST. Agenda items for that call: Finalization of EP Report Content proposal and CATH pre-procedure documentation proposal. If time is left start investigation of either Pre-Authorization or CATH Report Content
