Antepartum Record Process Flow

Data from the patient's prenatal care aggregates into her electronic antepartum summary by the obstetric provider.

The antepartum summary may be sent to a consultant who updates the antepartum summary, and returns it to the obstetric provider.

The electronic antepartum summary will also be sent to the birthing facility at the appropriate time(s). Consultant(s) may also send the antepartum summary directly to the hospital.
