The structured report, as described by the published health policy statement, describes what content is optimally included, but it does not give the technical underpinnings for how implementations should be planned and executed. We may need to develop some high-level representations/diagrams for clarifying. Rebecca will create a draft document for review.

Further discussion revolved around the audiences reading this document and implementing the CPN profile. Rebecca will investigate how we can provide the correct level of details for implementations. Sophia Chaidez is developing a check list for communicating site readiness and that may prove useful to assist in development of this guidebook.
