Review Status of Comments for Submission to Mary Jungers

Antje made the recommended changes to the cardinality tables to the document and uploaded the newest version of the document to the FTP site. The EP example was updated by Dan. Several SNOMED codes were reviewed and pericardial tamponade was listed as 35304003, and confirmed with the EPRC profile. We may use the examples from EPRC template, or at least some snippets to provide direction for implementation. Some discussion occurred around the punctuation of CDA content within the templates. Chris and Nick addressed several other comments form the issues list.

The finalized list will be placed on the FTP server on the afternoon of Jul 12th to allow for review prior to to the voting session of Monday, July 17th at 10am EST.

Chris posted a new version to the ftp site – with:

• all the issues lists updated as discussed

• wording changes in section 6.3.1.D to try to clarify the intent

• fixed name of value set for Problems/Concerns to Cardiac Medical History
