Submitted to Mary on May 8th through the Art DECOR tool. Kai was able to help clean up the templates to streamline the draft versions within the tool.

Sample CDA Document Review for Public Comment

Dan Murphy described a sample electrophysiology (EP) procedure note based on the Cardiac Procedure Note (CPN) profile. Several IDs were removed as they did not refer to specifics within EP procedures. Also the Author for Problem Observations Medical History filed was removed to simplify the template. Problem Status has been deprecated but is still allowed. Left Heart Cath may need a new target site name, as it is not clinically accurate if the coronary arteries are included, as was the general practice many years age. In the meantime, we'll put a place holder in the template. Physical Exam typically is not included for the cath report and is listed as an optional field. It is somewhat difficult for the reviewers to interpret the XML, so a CDA viewer may be required to read the contents as rendered

1. Antje will send Paul her updated e-mail address for the Google groups.

2. Chris and Nick will review the use of IDs within templates.

3. Paul will explore hotel room blocks for the June 26th F2F meeting.
