Review of IHE-Card Board Presentation

David Slotwiner, Chris Melo, and Paul Dow shared the information with the Board regarding the work that has been developed over the last year. Overall, it was well received. The document will be posted to the FTP site.

Art DECOR Update

Chris presented his progress using Art DECOR to create a CDA Implementation Guide for institutions wishing to deploy profiles. This pilot project includes templates and will produce a procedure note for general use. The publication will include other formats and will include a wiki-format, similar to FHIR. These new formats will replace the Word document and PDFs that are used today.

Nick and Chris have begun mapping the profiles that interact with with the new CDA that will allow updates to the various templates that are connected. Such as Allergy Status Observation which could demonstrate adaptations that use the base templates, but won't validate against the starting template. Our goal is to have everything reviewed by the Face to Face meeting in April.

Chris also reviewed the Art DECOR tool with Charles to help with the set-up.

• Have Jamie send his e-mail address to Chris, allowing him to obtain a demo Art DECOR account.
• Chris encourages members to review the spreadsheet for sections to evaluate with Art DECOR.
