• Status Updates on Profiles:
  • Cardiology Report Content
    • Harry started communication with Ann Kan regarding the content of this profile
    • ACTION ITEM: Harry to upload document with mapping of Cardiology terminology to SNOMED to wiki page
  • Image Enabled office
    • Good progress made on this profile during separate teleconference
    • Version 5 uploaded to FTP server
  • ECG Workflow
    • ECG subgroup is meeting regularly on Tuesdays and making good progress on establishing the use cases.
    • As a next step, the group will identify actors and transactions and translate the use cases into sequence diagrams
    • Review of the use cases:
      • Routine Cardiac Procedure
      • Urgent Cath Procedure
      • Urgent ECG order while cart offline
      • Clinical Research
      • Teaching Hospital
      • Outpatient
    • Discussion whether to use the annotation module in the waveform IOD or a structured report. The conclusion was to use the annotation module of the waveform IOD to store automated measurements on the card. Results from subsequent analysis done at the reporting station will be stored in a structured report

    • During planing committee call list of use cases was confirmed. Main focus should be on:
      • 3D quantification
      • Visualization and analysis of heart valves (especially Mitral valve)
      • Visualization and analysis of congenital heart defects
