  • Decision: We want to create a webinar series in 2019
  • Action item: Create a draft concept for a PHARM webinar series (Esther)

  • Michael has made a draft skeleton. Shall now be filled with content. Standard: FHIR

New proposals

  • Supply Flow Profile
  • Esther reports:
  • University Medical Center of Groningen (UMCG) and Deventer zkn both have in interest to use GS1 EDI messages for supply
  • This opens an opportunity for a parallel pilot project on creating a supply profile and testing it in a real-life situation
  • UMCG has already committed, Deventer zkn will be follow-uped by Esther
  • Funding for IHE work possible, has to be discussed
  • Decision: This activity is accepted as a work-item of IHE Pharmacy
  • Lead: not decided yet
  • People involved: Esther, Jose, Michael van der Zel


Any other business

  • Value-proposition on IHE Pharmacy (Esther)
  • A structured model to describe the value-proposition of IHE profiles for different target audiences:
  • Software Vendors
  • Healthcare providers
  • Member organizations of GS1
  • It currently focuses on UBP and MMA, but this work could be a template for describing the value-proposition of ALL of our profiles
  • Action item: Review current content (Jose, Michael Tan)
  • Gemini e-Immunization project - status (Jürgen)
  • Status update by Jürgen
  • Electronic Product Information (ePI) (Leonidas)
  • Esther, Leonidas: Hot topic at the moment for industry and users
  • Jose: We don't have the FHIR standard yet to work on that
