7. PC Action Item Review
- 168 Juuso updated on deadlines for ECRI to announce. Dec 28 for Jan 1 newsletter, Jan 15 for Jan 18 newsletter.
TC Action Item Review
- 136 Epic can use existing attributes. Change date to Dec 31.
- 183 Nothing right now, change date to Dec 31.
- 189 Change date to Dec 16.
- 195 Change date to Dec 16.
8. Other Business
- DCC meeting this morning. 40 minute FHIR discussion; how it's perceived and to be implemented. Seems missing some essential items. Can't just say 'use current version', need a mature, indicated versions. Learning how FIHR does things vs. HL7 v2.
Should be able to ID a transform method. Need to know how to carry existing data forward, especially when FHIR doesn't have the resources. It's not ready for a white paper, let alone actual mapping.
Different decisions in different domains for JSON or XML. Need a decision on what to use.
