1. Representing IHE in the context of other SDOs

• Examples of negative statements about IHE's status as an SDO currently in the IHE literature (Websites, etc.) that need to be removed or corrected.

• Jim St. Clair reported that at the SCO meeting on 4/30 other SDO leaders pointed out that IHE Europe participates on the industry advisory council for epSOS as the industry team coordinator, which is apparently not open to SDOs
• Mike Nusbaum has been working to advance the status of IHE as an SDO within ISO TC215
• Possible impacts of repositioning IHE as an SDO need to be considered in strategic planning
• Action Item: Add status as SDO to strategic discussion

2. Marketing and Branding Plan

• Updated version of Marketing Plan without mission statement and with more detail on IHE USA activities
• Logo alternative designs for Board review

• Action Item: Chris Carr to get response of IHE Turkey to the Swiss Cross-based symbol in the proposed logo design

• Multistate EHR-HIE interoperability initiative; John Donnelly can provide initial information and contacts
