• epSOS Projectathon Tools Development

• Eric Poiseau made an External Validation Service available to epSOS participants, who are beginning to test validation of CDA documents
• Tool is a modification of the NIST tools that NIST team (Andrew McCaffrey) is now reviewing
• EVS can be used for a variety of PCC and other documents

• Gazelle Development

• Bill Majurski is developing v.3 of XD* toolkit for delivery by Aug. 20
• Bill is prepared to integrate into Gazelle as soon as API and documentation are available

• NIST RFPs

• IHE-USA is joining with a couple of additional contractors to submit a proposal to NIST's RFPs for testing tools
• Requirements map well to Gazelle and test tools under development
• Letter of support may be requested from IHE Europe
• Response Due date Aug. 13

• Product Registry

• Deferred for discussion with INRIA team

• Sept. Training Event

• Notice just sent to ihenews list; deadline for registration Aug. 13.
