IHE will break up the webinar video into five to ten minutes blocks. They will also create standardized slides to describe the profile process. This will be a little less technical, and little more of the reasons behind the profiles. We should also use this as an opportunity to generate support and interest from prospective members. Should workflow profiles be discussed? ECHO and CATH are well known, and are good candidates. Resting ECG might not be due to the attempts at keeping the conversation shorter.

Status Update of Publication
Mary has our updates and is ready to release them for public comment. There is a backlog of seven other profiles that are in her queue for publication. Mary suggested that we also ask for the format of the profile using the Art DECOR tool to see how the new technology was assessed by the IHE reviewing public. The new format was added as an open issue to the list.
Webinar Update
Webinar Topics: CPN, Art DECOR, IVI with IHE-Japan, profiles that have been tested. Challenges: what is the audience? C-suite? Clinicians? IT Depts? IHE will break up the webinar video into five to ten minutes blocks. They will also create standardized slides to describe the profile process. This will be a little less technical, and little more of the reasons behind the profiles. We should also use this as an opportunity to generate support and interest from prospective members. Should workflow profiles be discussed? ECHO and CATH are well known, and are good candidates. Resting ECG might not be due to the attempts at keeping the conversation shorter.
Planning Committee
We've scheduled three calls for the coming year. Currently, there are skewed to availability of the co-chairs. We may need to move them to times that are more agreeable to various times around the globe.
IVI Option
Nakano-san will join the weekly conference call, as well as Kevin O'Donnell to discuss the IVI profile. A focused discussion should occur to ensure that we can get the right people in the room to solve the issues within the change proposals.
Scheduled Workflow
We may need to republish as a CP supplement, rather than a framework, which may depend on work items produced by the Radiology group. This might not make it into this work cycle. Further discussions will be needed to estimate the impact.
