Instructions

This is a sample CDA Section demonstrating the use of the Template:CDA Section, Template:CDA Section Code and Template:CDA Section Content templates. To create a new section specification for an IHE PCC Profile, you simply create a new page, and enter the following wiki text and save it:

 {{subst:Sample Section}}

This will include this Sample Section page. Change the content so that everywhere "Sample Section" appears, it now contains the name of the page you just created. Then update the rows appearing in the {{CDA Section Code| and {{CDA Section Content| parts to list the LOINC code, subsections, entries that should appear in the document, or simply remove those that you do not need.

Update the description, and you have now created a CDA section specification for the profile.

Click on the links within the table after you are finished editing the CDA Section specification to begin work on each of the subsection or entry specifications in your folder. See Sample Entry for an example entry from which to work.
