Question: Should PCC content profiles require the use of IHE profiles? 4 No 3 abstain No affirmative votes

XPHR actors should digitally sign the content and verify the digital signature of the content beofre important it.

Table of dependencies is linkages not requirements. Larry: Yes, this is groupings.

Grouped actor may have implementation in two or more profiles. Example: Digital signatures Steve: First Table: Absolute requirements Second Table: Suggestions

Actor Requirements: Do we need to specify the requirements? ED-ER: 4 document-types not clear on how may documents are available for content creator, content consumer _____________ ?? Some of the profiles are clearer than others. Also need to know the granularity.

ED-ER first profile that introduces folders.

Binding linking two items and specifies how 2 links are done. Example how content profiles are linked to XDS.
