• Immunization Content CCDA Harmonization
  • Consider merging with broader CCDA harmonization
  • Risk - IC is now in Final Text

• CCDA Harmonization
  • What are approaches to address this problem? - patterns, models, etc.
    • consider patterns dealing with future changes
    • Template versioning
  • How do we support localization of IHE content templates? that is, how do we not break international implementations of IHE content profiles with this harmonization effort
  • This is a large work item (or set of them) and not a profile proposal
  • Risks: XDS-MS, XPHR, IC are in Final Text
  • Will need to coordinate efforts with HL7 Structured Doc Workgroup: How can we adopt the work they produced (CCDA) as an IHE profile and yet be able to support those profiles already in final text?
  • Consider MDHT?
    • yes, but there is work going on in HL7 around template registry exchange, which will help stem concerns around which tool is used. Action Item: Add MDHT to profile proposal
  • Do we consider providing guidance on validation/testing of documents?
    • No as we specifically decided to move away from that several years ago for good reasons, however can consider how to help bridge the gap between these different areas of responsibility.
