Report on e-HealthWeek program planning

- Hotel availability: Can room reservation and special rate be extend to (a) include World Summit (from 6th on) or (b) include World Summit + IHE Retreat (from 4th on)

WS Program planning - current status
- This program is published and synchronized with eHW schedule
- Issues
- Opening reception on second day: Possible extension: Answer: No, still at 18-17 (which means, IHE WS audience my attend the last 30min)
- Business rules for flyer going into the bag of conference material:
- Direct IHE International business: YES
- e.g. Conformatiy Assessment, Connectathons general information, etc.
- Other IHE business
- Connectathons: particular instances (EU, US, ...): NO
- Particular DC business: NO (except the one DC of the country the summit takes place)
- Others (company information, liaisions, etc.)
- Requires sponsoring according to HIMSS sponsoring concept
