Processes Document

  • Process document requires some more work in terms of adding topics to be completed
  • Decision: At next board call will be informed that the process document needs some maintenance and asked to delegate decision to Education Committee
  • In the meanwhile work continues


Syllabus Document

  • Open issues are resolved
  • Decision: Syllabus document in version 0.10 is approved. It serves as the first version to start offering exams
  • Document version will be renamed to 1.0
  • Next steps:
  • Exams will be started and operated for 3 months. Feedback is collected
  • Based on the feedback, review and maintenance of the document


Marketing and GotoMarket for CAT EU

  • Landing page on ihe.net, including logo (top-priority)
  • Status (Chris)
  • Navigation menu on ihe.net site is currently updated to include "IHE Certified Professional Program"
  • Content: Team needs help in creating the content
  • Action item: Philipp, Werner and Jürgen will update the flyer content to provide content-snippets to Chris' website team until Thu EOB (Europe) and send to Chris
  • Logo: Work in progress (Chris)
  • Deadline for landing page online moved to: Mon, Apr 5th (latest)
  • Registration page on GASQ
  • Registration will be online on Fri, 29th, 2019
  • Including "Parameterized link to GASQ page, already pre-selecting IHE scheme"
  • Flyer
  • Layout part is done by Chris team, after website is final, with content derived from website
  • Preparations for CAT EU
  • No onsite testing, but intensive marketing (e.g., with the flyer)
  • Marketing of training by FHTW
  • Must be discussed between IHE EU and FHTW, moderated by Jürgen
  • Wiki page
  • No status update by Stefan
  • Protection of terms
  • Task will be started after the CAT EU (Chris)


Any other business

  • German ZTG organization becomes training and exam center (Alexander)
  • GASQ has exclusivity on the exams, would accredit ZTG to become an "accredited exam center"
  • Exam takers would register at ZTG, which in turn books exams at GASQ, payment will be channeled to GASQ (like a reseller)
